Tippy Meadowcroft + Dave Sherman? No way. We can never be on the same team. Pickleball or otherwise. We're worse than oil and water. We don't mix at all. But somehow I find myself in a mess of epic proportions. Instead of tending to the true love of my life-my oyster farm-I'm wasting time pretending to date my archnemesis. This will never work. No chance. Absolutely not.

If Dave Sherman hadn't started making those ridiculous kissy faces and "come-hither" moves, we wouldn't be in this predicament. But here we are. If I want to make my dream a reality, I'll have to swoon over my lifelong enemy-maybe even swap a fake kiss or two. And act like the whole thing is for real. All under the watchful eye of Greensea's observant residents. Can I pull off this charade? Absolutely.
