Charles (John Alexander) Jarvis (born July 3, 1969 in Bury Saint Edmunds) is a musician, singer, composer, guitarist, writer, cartoonist, and painter of English-Irish descent living in Belgium. He has written several autobiographical books and released albums of his own compositions and covers. He has also exhibited his paintings. His message in this book is clear: "Let me live my life now." (In freedom). With a note from the Editor to advice holistic medicine as much as possible.
