Groeide op in een kunstenaarsgezin in de turbulente jaren 60/70.
Op haar elfde jaar begonnen met een klassieke dansopleiding aan de academie voor Theater en Dans in Amsterdam. Op 23-jarige leeftijd behaalde zij haar Bachelor of Arts als zelfstandig theatermaker/acteur. Tientallen vrije producties als actrice/danseres volgden o.a. bij de Nationale Opera, Amsterdam.
Reizen naar de Himalaya, Nepal, noord India, Thailand en de USA. Reiki-master 1996.
In 1998 kreeg zij een zoon en reisde vier jaar met kind en man door Europa. Woonde o.a. drie jaar in een eco-village in noord Italië.
In Nederland richtte zij in 2003 met een groep acteurs theatergroep ‘De Rode Prinses’ op.
Vanaf 2015 begonnen met dichten.
