In "Sacred Ancestral Memory the Link to Fibroids," I explore the connections between fibroids and ancestral memory in Black women. Drawing from my journey as a daughter from a "DES daughter" and my work with Ohemaa Akua Phyllis, "The Fibroids Queen," this book reveals how ancestral trauma can impact our health.
I offer holistic healing practices, including journaling and herbal remedies, to help readers reclaim their narratives and foster resilience. A portion of the proceeds supports my NGO, Abosom, and the #PositivePeriods project, empowering young girls in Ghana to embrace their menstrual health.
