Paula is voor niets en niemand bang. Ze wil later, net als haar vader, de beste sheriff van het Wilde Westen worden. Op een dag wordt de bank beroofd. Paula achtervolgt de dieven op haar paard. Helaas! Ze ontsnappen omdat Cloves weigert zonder suikerklontjes verder te lopen. De schurken zitten daarna ook niet stil. Ze stelen paarden en het geld voor een nieuwe schoolcomputer. En dan ontvoeren ze ook nog nicht Dientje! Gelukkig krijgt Paula hulp van haar vriend Sjonnie. Zullen ze de bandieten te pakken krijgen?
