De buurtpolitie gaat op teambuilding naar Rome. In het hotel waar ze verblijven loopt een man rond die als twee druppels water op de commissaris lijkt. Hij handelt er louche zaakjes af met een crimineel netwerk. Kort daarna wordt de commissaris door de politie ingerekend.
