Deacon rides into his home town of Greenbrier, Texas after being gone for over ten years. He wouldn't be here now but he's tracking a man accused of murder. What he finds is more than what he expected. A range war is about to roll over the small town between the cattle ranchers and the sheep ranchers. A hired gun has been sent for by the name of Rat Dobbs to do the dirty work for the cattle ranchers.
