The Peace of Mind Core Curriculum for Middle School is a series of 32 sequential weekly lessons to help students notice and manage their emotions, understand their brains, develop habits of kindness and gratitude, solve conflicts peacefully, and apply their skills to addressing social justice issues, including identity, discrimination, racism and standing up to injustice. This curriculum may be taught by classroom teachers, advisors, counselors or other educators in a classroom or small group setting.
