In the West, many of us have forgotten the sacred work of tending to a soul as it prepares for its earthly birth and as it experiences the many rites of passage that are part and parcel of its physical, human journey.
So too, have we neglected the spiritual preparations necessary for a peaceful death of the physical body and the sacredness of correctly entering into the afterlife in a state of joyful awareness.
Our ancestors understood what we in the West are just now reawakening to. The remembrance of this knowledge and the wisdom itself lies within our very blood and bones, the blood and bones of our illuminated ancestors. I have come to call this sacred work, Soul Minding.
