Velo-Cardio-Facial Syndrome (VCFS) is a genetic disorder caused by deletion of part of chromosome 22. The focus is clinical issues with chapters devoted to psychiatric disorders, neuroimaging, speech and language, cardiac, ENT, gastrointestinal, ophthalmic and urological manifestations.
