A practical introduction to the fundamentals of SQL programming. The material systematically progresses from an examination of what Relational Database Management Systems are and why they exist, through the coding techniques required for querying single and multiple tables to create, retrieve, update, and delete data. Aspects of database administration, security, data integrity, and management are explored.
