Esther Perera-Alers, was born and raised in the south of The Netherlands. She studied tourism, followed several spiritual courses, and a course on cross cultural psychology. Esther worked in hotel sales and marketing and her main strength was writing. She speaks several languages and always has a great interest in different people and cultures. Her daily meditations contributed to understanding these complex phenomena.
In 2008 Esther and her husband moved from The Netherlands to Hamilton Island in Australia. There she had a chance to reconnect with spirituality and mother earth and started writing guided nature meditations. Several scripts and audios were published under the name 'Tarua Meditation'. The wonderful soothing background music is by famous music composer Christopher Lloyd Clarke.
In December 2014 Esther and her husband settled down in Sri Lanka. A month after the Easter Sunday attacks in 2019 her poetry of healing awakenings was ignited. Her wisdom can also be used in schools, organizations, and spiritual practices as a positive lead to conversations for cultural and life challenges.
