We also explore how quality engineering impacts the use of GenAI (including Agentic AI), for example consciously considering whether an AI-based system is the right solution. We share what we’ve learned, what we’re still learning, and what we believe is needed to use GenAI (including Agentic AI) both eff ectively and responsibly.
