Amanda Crundall rediscovered her creative self, whilst balancing being a busy, single mum of two children and a pressured career as a full time, heart failure nurse specialist. Her debut poetry collection shares the sense of hope, tenacity and compassion; her intention is to inspire others to write, for their own mental health and wellbeing.
