The Cateran Trail follows the footsteps of cattle rustlers (caterans) for 64 miles, starting from Blairgowrie. It runs through the heart of Scotland, rich in history, legend and wildlife. Most walkers complete this waymarked trail comfortably within 5 days. The revised third edition includes 8 pages of mapping at 1:50,000 updated for 2024 .
