Oakley is an alum of Roundhouse Poetry Collective, The London Library Emerging Writers Programme, The Genesis Jewish Book Week Emerging Writers' Programme and Southbank New Poets Collective. They are were a winner of the ruth weiss Emerging Poet Award 2022.
