Anxiety, worry, fear…everywhere you look, people are struggling to survive emotionally, mentally, and physically. We all have different problems and circumstances. Whether it is a doctor's appointment that had a bad outcome, a child who has broken your heart, or concern that has gripped your feelings, life never stops. Furthermore, it isn't fair. It seems no one, not even a child, is off limits from the evil that roams in this world. What can we do? How will we keep from literally worrying ourselves to death?
As someone who survived extreme circumstances, I have faced my days and nights of fear. I hope by sharing my story, reflecting on what God has to say, and walking together through what He has taught me, that you will be able to truly Unload Your Worries.
