A Blue Footed Booby named Solly McBoo is a story for children of all ages. Thus, if we are to succeed in combating our ugly social biases, we will make our greatest strides if we work to shape positive and accepting attitudes in our children. If we afford young people the opportunity to accept and appreciate differences early in life, their feelings towards others will not be easily changed.
