After he accidentally killed a young boy, Portland Police Detective Sam Reeves travels to Saigon, Vietnam to visit his newly found family. Although he hopes to find peace and refuge, Sam, along with his family and friends, suddenly find themselves thrust into a nightmarish world of sex trafficking, and a deadly warehouse of Buddha statues.
