For various reasons, but mainly in order to approximate reality, a large number of unknowns are needed in complex equation systems. Over the years, the authors have studied the problem of Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication, resulting in a stable solver. This book describes the problems analyzed and solved, and how they came together in the EHL solver.
